In Cremilla’s workshop, we use only premium ingredients, lovingly selected to offer an ice cream that tells stories of regions and traditions with every taste…
Among our specialties you can find Toritto almonds, Meliga biscuits, Stigliano pistachios (from the heart of Basilicata, in the province of Matera), and hazelnuts from the Nebrodi Mountains, authentic treasures of genuine flavor!

For fruit flavors, our recipe is simple and natural: water, sugar, carob seed flour, and dextrose. Nothing else.
We use exclusively high-quality milk and our only thickener is completely natural.
Eating ice cream isn’t breaking the rules — it’s a moment of pleasure and well-being!

In our recipes, we use exclusively Sicilian carob seed flour as the only natural thickener, rich in fiber, protein, and antioxidants. A conscious choice that makes our ice cream even healthier and lighter.
